I have a torpedo espresso machine as well as am seeking for a little brand new coffee recipes to WOW my guest with over a subsequent integrate legal holiday weekends. Thanks!!

    Scale ingredients to servings
    1 oz cold espresso
    1 1/2 oz Absolut® vodka

    Espresso Dopio (Double Espresso)
    Double the quantity of espresso to about 3 ounces for double the pleasure. Typically served in a cappuccino cup.

    Espresso con Panna
    A single or double espresso shot topped with whipped cream.

    Espresso Macchiato
    A single shot of espresso topped with 1-2 tablespoons of frothed milk.

    Espresso Romano
    A single shot of espresso topped with fresh lemon peel. This is not a traditional Italian recipe, but often served in the US.

    Caffe Americanno
    Espresso diluted with hot water to drip coffee strength.

    Spicy Viennese Espresso
    Mix a double-shot of espresso, 1/2 t cinnamon, 4 ground cloves and 1/2 t allspice. Top with whipped cream

    Cappuccino
    Typically 1/3 part espresso to 2/3 part frothed milk in a 5 ounce cappuccino cup, then top the Cappuccino with foam from the frothed milk. Cappuccino can be garnished with a light sprinkle of ground chocolate, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg or vanilla powder.

    Caffe Latte
    Referred to by the French as Cafe au Lait and the Spanish as Cafe con Leche. A double-shot of espresso (about 3 ounces) mixed with about 5 ounces of steamed milk. Usually little or no foam is added to the top. Serve in a large 9 ounce bowl-shaped heavy cup.

    Mocha Cappuccino
    Mix 1/3 part espresso to 2/3 part steamed milk, after dissolving cocoa or chocolate syrup with the milk to taste.

    COOL COFFEE DRINK

    3/4 pt. strong instant Blue Mountain coffee or other (cold)
    1 pt. cold milk
    2 tbsp. granulated sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 egg white
    Ice

    Put coffee, milk, sugar and beaten egg yolks into a container and shake vigorously until mixture is frosty or put in blender. Whip egg whites until stiff. Put some cracked ice in serving glasses. Pour coffee mixture into glasses and fold in half of the beaten egg whites. Float the remaining egg white on top.

    RUM AND COFFEE CREAM AFTER DINNER
    DRINK

    1 qt. coffee ice cream
    1/2 c. rum (or flavoring)
    Whipped cream
    Chopped Heath bars or Crunch bars, etc.

    Place ice cream and rum in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a goblet. Top with whipped cream and chopped candy bar.

    COFFEE MAPLE DRINK (DIET)

    1/2 tsp. instant coffee
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
    1 1/2 c. lowfat milk (cold)
    2 packets Equal sweetener

    Mix well and serve immediately.

    COFFEE BREAKFAST DRINK

    It’s smooth and creamy like a shake, but weighs in at a lean 85 calories. 1 c. skim milk 1 tsp. instant coffee powder 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. sugar (optional) 1/2 c. cracked ice or 4 ice cubes
    Place oats in blender container. Blend about 1 minute, stopping blender occasionally to stir oats. Add remaining ingredients; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
