DoggyDooDoo asked:

I got my hands on an vast espresso machine which was left at a back of by a coffee emporium which went out of commercial operation final summer. That is substantially a greatest expense. we have a kitchen area we can use. What else would we need to make certain i have all we need to get started?

Some customers. No seriously, don’t build it unless you know who would buy from you.

Why did over 600 Starbuck’s recently close? In a depressed economy, luxury and gourmet items do not sell as well as they did before … Your largest expenses will be your attorney and licensing fees…..

You need a business license, a health department certificate, plates, cups, silverware, tables, chairs, a cash register, advertising, a dishwasher, soap, coffee, a water filter, an ice machine, a restaurant supply company that will deliver, a source for pastries or an oven, brooms, mops, trash cans, etc.

In Idaho, a liqueur license. Might want to check your state for that.
